About Sharol Tyra
Reflections On Becoming
a Coach
Reflections on Becoming a CoachIn retrospect, I realize that my affinity for coaching has always been a part of my life...personally, professionally, and in my community work. People have always looked to me for leadership, so it was natural for me to make a transition to coach and entrepreneur. Even so, I experienced the thrill of change, and now I am dedicated to help others discover how they, too, can change their lives in ways they never dreamed were possible. My clients are discovering that to find the "true Essence" of their lives, they need to learn how to connect body, mind and spirit and soul. And when they achieve this state, it is like turning on a bright light that enhances their self-esteem and sharpens their ability to positively redirect their lives in ways they never dreamed were possible. This is what my coaching is all about. If you are searching for this kind of life enriching experience, please call on me to help. That's it for today, Sharol.
To find the "true Essence of life" you need to learn how to connect body, mind, spirit, and soul. When you achieve this state, it is like turning on a bright light that enhances your self-esteem and enhances your ability to be with others. The issue most people have is making this life Essence connection, and that is where a coach can offer an invaluable service.

There is a quiet voice that comes from the center of your being. It can be easily drowned by the chorus of a negative world. Only in the stillness that lies inside you can you hear it speaking softly… speaking the wisdom you have always known. You have a strong, beautiful spirit within you… let it be your guide.
